They also act as distinguishing factors in today’s wide assortment of offerings. Digital transformation is a bilateral initiative to map the concurrent expectations of consumers and providers, respectively. Customer experience is not very different from employee experience, similarly convenience and interface provisions. This is a strategic short-term and reflective long-term plan to prepare for an inescapable digital overhaul.
Large corporations have designed and wielded an effective approach to adopt digital transformation. I have placed the key work design constituents (an original term assembled by me) in the right position – as this matters the belief and relevance. The right volume and right proximity to derive a holistic view of the digital transformation. This is an integrated approach to reinstate the desire to boost the digital initiative— a simple effort to declutter the understanding and implementation of business & technology process transformation.

Why Now?

There are many predicaments to the DX (Digital Transformation) not due to the actual value delivery, but the method and approach unilateral or skewed at every layer of work design constituent mentioned (5P’s). The right resource (People) at every layer plays a crucial role in the initiative’s success. I am pronouncing the inevitability of positioning People (humans) as the focal point of digital transformation.
