THE APPROACH

The IT (Information Technology) paradigm has moved from information eccentric to technology eccentric due to the possibility of conducting business operations/transactions have multiplied.

We can see the proliferation of capabilities that trace the roots to the inception point of the Information-centric approach to store and map the data points.

Evolved versions of the technology, capability, and science domains are here to complement the new world of business. Hence, my approach is to better understand the thriving technologies and then align them within our ecosystem to optimally contribute to the objectives.

I have rearranged the word IT to TI to present the new acceptance shift that we all are going through to learn more about the technology. Eventually, the entire new set of capabilities, systems, and components were assembled under the DIGITAL THEME.

These depictions of mapping activities with the key work design constituents will help organizations align, adopt, and accelerate their digital ambition.

Digital Governance

There are 5 key aspects to establish the governance as per CGEIT (ISACA) that need a unified mandate from the executive to the placeholder and oversee the entire initiative.
