We are continually transitioning across personal, professional, and social environments to fulfill various aspects of our life. The Learning &amp; Development domain has to evolve from just technology and leadership pedagogy to an Interpretational and interpersonal aptitude building center. This approach can focus on creating a holistic leadership roadmap.
